A visionary NRI entrepreneur, Dhanunjaya V. Rao brings over two decades of expertise across software consulting, project management, and commercial real estate development. With a proven track record of building businesses from the ground up, his leadership blends strategic foresight with hands-on execution.

Over the years, he has held senior executive roles at global giants like CSC, Tibco, Caltrans, Nortel, Sybase, Informix, and Tandem Computers, shaping technology solutions and driving large-scale projects to success.

2005–2010 – Spearheaded the creation of Neil Rao Towers and other landmark commercial properties in Bangalore, redefining workspace standards.
1995–2004 – Founded and scaled Rao Consultants, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based software consultancy, serving Fortune 500 clients as President & CEO.
1991–1995 – Engineered innovative solutions as a software engineer with leading tech companies in Silicon Valley.
1988–1991 – Delivered impactful infrastructure projects with Caltrans, California’s Department of Transportation, in Sacramento.

Neil Rao Towers

Neil Rao Towers is the flagship project of Rao Computer Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a company with over a decade of expertise in software development, consulting, and premium office space leasing.

Envisioned as an international-standard IT park, Neil Rao Towers combines state-of-the-art amenities with well-proportioned, ergonomically designed workspaces. Every element of its design is guided by one principle, making our clients’ daily work life more productive, fulfilling, and inspiring.

Spread over 2 acres and comprising two high-rise towers (fully fire-compliant), the campus offers 274,096 sq.ft of super built-up area, 241 parking spaces, and 2,500 KVA sanctioned power with 100% backup. The space is tailored for software development companies, BPOs, biotechnology enterprises, and corporate offices, accommodating requirements from 500 sq.ft to 100,000 sq.ft.

The towers host prestigious tenants including Procter & Gamble (P&G), 3i Infotech, Jetking, and more.
In addition, we have developed a warehouse facility in Electronic City, Bangalore and office spaces at SIPCOT, Siruseri, Chennai, available for lease.
